How verification works

A Verified badge means our team has checked that the business is real and that the person managing the profile represents it. Before we add the badge, we check the business’s registration, the person who manages the profile (we speak with them directly), and the profile and photos as they are on the day we verify.

Verification doesn’t mean we guarantee a vendor’s work or recommend one vendor over another. Always agree the details, deliverables and payment terms in writing before you pay a deposit.

If you think a verified vendor is misrepresenting their business, email vendors@arusifiti.com.
