1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Arusifiti Ltd. By creating an account or using the site you accept them.
2. What Arusifiti is
Arusifiti is a directory where couples find wedding vendors and contact them. We don’t take bookings or payments on the site at present. Any agreement for services is between you and the vendor.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 or over. Give accurate information and keep your login details private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
4. Vendors
If you list a business, you confirm that your listing is accurate, your prices are genuine starting prices, and you own or have permission to use every photo and piece of text you upload. You give Arusifiti a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on Arusifiti and in our promotion of your profile, for as long as it’s listed. You respond to enquiries honestly and in good time.
5. Couples
Use contact details only to discuss your wedding with that vendor. Don’t spam vendors or share their details.
6. Not allowed
False or misleading listings, using other people’s photos, harassment, spam, scraping the site, trying to get around the login, and anything illegal.
7. Listings and verification
We may review, edit for format, hide or remove any listing that breaks these terms or that we receive a credible complaint about. A Verified badge means we’ve completed the checks described on our verification page. It isn’t a guarantee of a vendor’s work.
8. Reporting content
Report a listing by emailing vendors@arusifiti.com. We’ll review it and may remove content while we investigate.
9. Our liability
We work to keep listings accurate, but vendors write their own listings and we can’t guarantee them. To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for agreements, payments or disputes between couples and vendors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.
10. Suspension and closing accounts
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will give notice of significant changes by email or on the site.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
